All our staff are highly valued members of the Mansion House team and community. They work closely together in a professional manner and compliment each others strengths and interests across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Staff are dedicated to providing a stimulating, safe and caring environment in which children can learn, develop and prepare for the transition to school. Our Key Person system gives each member of staff particular responsibility for a small group of children. They are in a position to tailor the curriculum to the needs of the individual child, ensuring that all children are supported in reaching their full potential. All members of staff are fully trained first aiders and all staff employed by the Pre-School are security checked and DBS cleared.
